Welcome to Salty Rides Albania. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking a tour or participating in any activity operated by Salty Rides Albania, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2. A valid ID or passport may be required for booking confirmation.
1.3. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected tour.
1.4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund, except where otherwise stated.
2.2. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour are non-refundable.
2.3. In the event of adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, Salty Rides Albania reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
2.4. For private tours, a deposit is required to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the reason.

3. Safety and Conduct

3.1. All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the crew at all times.
3.2. Salty Rides Albania reserves the right to refuse service to any individual under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3.3. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
3.4. Life jackets and safety equipment must be worn when instructed by the crew.
3.5. Passengers who do not know how to swim are permitted to participate but must inform Salty Rides Albania prior to the tour and strictly follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.

4. Liability

4.1. Participation in tours and activities is at the customer’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salty Rides Albania shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from accidents, sea conditions, or unforeseen events during the tour.
4.2. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Salty Rides Albania is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4.3. Passengers with medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements must inform Salty Rides Albania at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be considered.

4.4. Salty Rides Albania reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour, without refund, if a customer displays inappropriate, aggressive, disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior, or fails to follow crew instructions.
This includes behavior that compromises safety, disturbs other guests, or negatively affects the quality of the tour.
The decision of the crew is final and made in the interest of safety and service quality.

4.5. Salty Rides Albania may refuse participation to individuals for safety reasons, including but not limited to:

Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Pregnant women

Individuals with serious medical conditions (including heart conditions, severe back problems, epilepsy, or significant mobility impairments)

Children below the minimum age required for the selected tour

5. Changes to Itinerary

5.1. Salty Rides Albania reserves the right to modify routes, destinations, or schedules due to weather conditions, sea state, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. Every effort will be made to provide a comparable alternative where possible.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing services.
6.2. Salty Rides Albania will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content, including logos, images, videos, and text published on Salty Rides Albania’s website and promotional materials, is the property of Salty Rides Albania and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
7.2. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Albania.

9. Amendments

9.1. Salty Rides Albania reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

10. Photo and Video Consent

10.1. During tours, Salty Rides Albania may take photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media, websites, and advertising materials.
10.2. By participating in a tour, customers grant Salty Rides Albania permission to use such images and videos without compensation.
10.3. Customers who do not wish to appear in photos or videos must inform the crew prior to the start of the tour.
